PFL kicked off the first round of the competition on Friday with the 2025 PFL World Tournament 2, providing live updates and results via MMA Junkie.
The event was held at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando, aired live on ESPN2 and ESPN+. This tournament showcased initial matches in both the women’s flyweight and men’s bantamweight categories.
After a last-minute alteration before the weigh-ins, Leandro Higo (23-7) faced Marcirley Alves (13-4) in the main event, while the co-main event featured Liz Carmouche (23-8) against Ilara Joanne (12-10).
