Aryna Sabalenka and Amanda Anisimova are set to clash once again in a rematch of their US Open final, while Jessica Pegula looks to make her second WTA Finals championship appearance against Elena Rybakina, who remains unbeaten in Riyadh.

Hsieh Su-wei & Jelena Ostapenko (6) vs. Timea Babos & Luisa Stefani (7) — 3:30 p.m.
Hsieh and Ostapenko dominated the Martina Navratilova Group and have shown impressive teamwork in Riyadh. Their next challenge is against Babos and Stefani, who recently overcame defending champions Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routliffe after being a set and two breaks down.
This will be the first time these two pairs meet, though Babos will be making her fourth appearance in a doubles semifinal at this event. Babos and Stefani have won both of their encounters against Ostapenko in 2025. Hsieh and Ostapenko have not lost more than four games in a set across their last two matches.
Jessica Pegula (5) vs. Elena Rybakina (6) — Not before 6:00 p.m.

The Case for Pegula: The oldest player in the singles draw is aiming for her second final appearance after reaching the championship in Cancun in 2023. Following a defeat against Sabalenka, Pegula bounced back with a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Jasmine Paolini, securing her place in the Stefanie Graf group.
Although Rybakina defeated Pegula in the Billie Jean King Cup semifinals, Pegula’s head-to-head record favors her. She has demonstrated strong serving stats, crucial for her upcoming match.

The Case for Sabalenka: The World No. 1 has swept her group for the first time in her WTA Finals career. She believes maintaining an undefeated record is essential for securing her first title, with Anisimova being her next hurdle.
Sabalenka has won two out of three matches against Anisimova at Grand Slams, including their latest encounter at the US Open. She has also been incredible in tiebreaks this year.
Katerina Siniakova & Taylor Townsend (2) vs. Veronika Kudermetova & Elise Mertens (4)
The duo of Siniakova and Townsend, winners of the Liezel Huber Group, aims for their second consecutive final appearance in Riyadh against the reigning champions Kudermetova and Mertens.
This matchup is familiar territory, as Siniakova and Townsend recently bested Kudermetova and Mertens in the US Open semifinals. The pair comes equipped with significant experience, including a title at the Australian Open.
