LAS VEGAS, Nevada — LFA CEO Ed Soares announced today that the organization will have a new main event for its return to Kentucky on the second Friday of June. This update comes as Brazilian fighter Willian “Malvadeza” Lima has withdrawn due to injury. LFA 210 will now showcase a fresh featherweight clash during its visit to the Bluegrass State, marking the promotion’s third event in this location and its second in Louisville, the state’s largest city.
LFA 210: Lawrence vs. Reyes, sponsored by MONSTER ENERGY, is set for June 13 at Freedom Hall in the Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville. The headlining bout will feature a featherweight showdown between promising fighters Lance “The Tornado” Lawrence and Javier “Blair” Reyes. Fans can catch the entire main card live on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
Tickets for LFA 210: Lawrence vs. Reyes are available through Ticketmaster.com.
Soares expressed enthusiasm about LFA’s return to Louisville, stating, “We are excited to bring the LFA back to Louisville for LFA 210. Our inaugural event last year was a success, and we are keen to return to Kentucky’s largest city this summer. With its rich combat sports history, exemplified by the recent UFC event in the city, we look forward to contributing further to that legacy with another exciting fight card featuring top talents from around the globe. The main event will highlight Louisville’s own Lance Lawrence, a top prospect and veteran of Dana White’s Contender Series, squaring off against Colombia’s leading MMA prospect, Javier Reyes.”
Lawrence (9-4) has been recognized as one of the premier MMA prospects in the Bluegrass State. After a stellar start to his professional career with a 5-0 record, he earned a spot on the third season of Dana White’s Contender Series. Despite facing a top prospect, Lawrence took the fight under challenging circumstances, showcasing his fighting spirit. He has compiled a 2-0 record in the LFA and garnered three nominations for LFA Fans’ Choice Awards: Male Fighter of the Year, Fight of the Year, and Submission of the Year.
Reyes (20-5) is committed to maintaining an active fighting schedule. With 30 wins as an amateur and now 20 wins as a pro, he is set for his third bout of 2025 in just 78 days. This remarkable pace started in March, continued in May at LFA 208, and will culminate in June’s main event in Louisville. As a dominant force in Colombian MMA, Reyes has earned multiple regional titles and has leveraged his parkour skills in his fighting style, making him an exciting prospect in the fight community.
