With the installation of today’s updates, Windows 11 24H2 (KB5055523) will update to Build 26100.3775, while 23H2 (KB5055528) will upgrade to Build 226×1.5191.
This month’s Patch Tuesday introduces several innovative features, particularly for AI-enabled Copilot+ PCs. The search function has been significantly enhanced for a seamless experience in finding documents, photos, and settings across Windows 11. In addition, advancements have been made in the touch keyboard layout for gamepads and the discoverability of emoji and panel features in the system tray.
The update also brings enhancements to live captions and real-time translation capabilities, supported now on both AMD and Intel-powered Copilot+ PCs. Moreover, a new section under Settings allows users to view essential specifications of their PC, facilitating a quick understanding of its capabilities. Finally, the update addresses several bugs and reliability issues, improving the overall performance of the system.
