Megyn Kelly Critiques Charlize Theron’s Podcast Revelations
Megyn Kelly has sharply criticized Charlize Theron, labeling the actress as “vulgar” and “off-putting” after Theron disclosed that she recently had a one-night stand with a 26-year-old man.
The former Fox News anchor, who was portrayed by Theron in the film “Bombshell,” expressed skepticism about Theron’s choice to share intimate details on the popular “Call Her Daddy” podcast hosted by Alex Cooper.
During a recent episode of her SiriusXM podcast, Kelly remarked, “She decided to go on a podcast tour for some reason, sat down with ‘Call Her Daddy,’ talking about abortion and everything else.”
Kelly continued, “This is Charlize Theron trying to sound like a super cool girl, and I’m going to let you decide for yourself whether that’s what she accomplished.” She noted that at 49, Theron is attempting to present herself as if she were younger, calling it inappropriate and asking for more class.
Kelly went further to suggest that Theron might be exaggerating her sexual experiences for attention, claiming, “I believe that Charlize Theron probably prefers women… I don’t think that she’s telling the truth about the 26-year-old.”
In her podcast appearance, Theron shared her experience: “I did just recently f–k a 26-year-old, and it was really amazing.” While promoting her Netflix film “The Old Guard 2,” Theron emphasized her newfound freedom as a single mother of two adopted daughters.
Kelly contrasted Theron’s behavior with that of other actresses, stating, “You never see Julia Roberts do this kind of thing… she doesn’t debase herself because she’s a true star.” As of now, neither Theron nor Cooper has publicly responded to Kelly’s critique.
