Who’s That Girl?
Nikki Glaser recently showcased a series of throwback photos from 2009, reflecting on how she and her career have transformed over the past 16 years.
The 40-year-old comedian took to social media on March 26, sharing striking side-by-side images following her appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” earlier in the week. During that appearance, she openly discussed her views on plastic surgery and the use of Ozempic for weight loss, which is originally prescribed for diabetes.
“First Tonight Show Jan 2009 ———-> Latest Tonight Show Mar 2025,” Glaser captioned the images, illustrating the significant changes in her appearance over the years. The older image features a pale Glaser dressed in a black outfit with minimal makeup, while the recent photo displays her looking glamorous in a metallic silver mini-dress, exuding confidence with a tanned complexion and highlighted physique.
She also included behind-the-scenes pictures from her latest late-night show, which stirred discussions after she mentioned plans for a facelift in the upcoming year. Glaser further ignited debate by defending the use of Ozempic against its critics.
While on “The Tonight Show,” Glaser stated, “I love it, I love. I’m like, do it, do it. I have no judgment.” She encouraged those considering Ozempic for weight loss, suggesting that criticism often comes from individuals who want to undermine others’ confidence. “The shame comes from thin people who want you to stay fat,” she remarked, suggesting that such negativity stems from jealousy.
Glaser’s remarks on beauty standards also followed her candid admission about delaying a brow lift to host the 2025 Golden Globes, where she received considerable acclaim. “Nikki Glaser brought a refreshing spark and fearless wit to the Golden Globes stage this year,” remarked Globes President Helen Hoehne, confirming her return as host for the 2026 ceremony.
