Lisa Marie Presley was hospitalized in 2023 following a cardiac arrest. The lawsuit alleges that Priscilla Presley, anticipating her daughter’s move to remove her from the trust, prematurely withdrew medical support with the intention of gaining control over the estate.

The complaint states, “Priscilla knew that Lisa’s death eliminated the threat posed by Lisa’s attempts to remove her as trustee. Priscilla wanted control over the Promenade Trust and Graceland.” It mentions that after Lisa’s passing, Priscilla proclaimed, “I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland.”
Dispute Over Trust Management
After Lisa Marie’s death, Priscilla filed a petition to contest a 2016 amendment to the trust that replaced her and former business manager Barry Siegel with her granddaughter Riley Keough and deceased son Benjamin Keough as co-trustees.

The lawsuit notes that Kruse and Fialko orchestrated a resolution that included a $2.4 million payment to Priscilla.
