Bandai Namco Unveils Major Updates for Tekken 8
During Evo Japan 2025, Bandai Namco announced numerous exciting additions for Tekken 8, including the upcoming DLC character Fahkumram and a new stage based on Pac-Man.
Additionally, a patch set to address balance and ranked matchmaking will be released soon, specifically on May 12 at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Two further balance updates are also planned for the future.
The version 2.01 update will introduce balance changes and include new content like the Tekken Ghost Showdown, a Cyber Phantom Pack, and a Vigilante Tech Pack.
Version 2.02 is slated for June 3, 2025, and it will bring its own balance adjustments, including features related to the new Karate Kid: Legends movie, offering character hoodies and new classic costumes for Kuma, Panda, and Dragunov.
Version 2.03 will arrive this summer, containing further balance updates, a new Pac-Man stage named Pac-Pixels, and additional interactive elements such as hit-effects and a wearable Pac-Man head.
