Weekend Classic 1
Weekend Classic 1 has returned, a competitive mode that fans love, now available in MLB The Show 26. This mode allows you to compete against other players according to your Ranked Ratings in 1-vs-1 (Solo) matchups. Aim to win as many games as possible during your first six matches, and continue playing to rise on the Weekend Classic leaderboard. Prizes include Packs, Stubs, and player cards featuring new Legend Victor Martinez (92 OVR) and returning Legend Bernie Williams (92 OVR).
This mode is open until Tuesday, April 14th, so assemble your best team and compete to add these Legendary players to your roster.
2nd Inning XP Path
The 2nd Inning XP Path, also launched today, introduces a new set of rewards for Diamond Dynasty players. You can earn XP through your preferred play modes and advance through the reward path which includes Packs, Stubs, and notable player cards like 2nd Half Heroes Series Rick Ferrell (91 OVR) and Standout Series Bobby Doerr (92 OVR).
At the path’s conclusion, you’ll receive a 2nd Inning Boss Choice Pack, allowing you to select between two featured 2nd Inning Boss player cards: Randy Johnson (92 OVR) from the 2nd Half Heroes Series and Babe Ruth (92 OVR) from the Contributor Series.
