Having grown up in the ’90s, fitness classes have always been a passion of mine. From engaging in Tae Bo with my sister to trying CrossFit, kickboxing, and even running half marathons, I’ve explored a range of workouts. For nearly two years, I’ve been attending Rumble Boxing classes four to five times a week, foregoing other fitness classes or gym memberships. This specific workout routine has made all the difference in my fitness journey.
Rumble Boxing Overview
I began training at Rumble in March 2024, and as the new year approaches, I’m set to hit my 500th class milestone! Rumble Boxing combines specialized fitness instructors with music and energy, creating an inspiring atmosphere designed for effective exercise. During a typical class, I burn around 250 to 500 calories, focusing on a variety of workout types throughout the week.
Pricing Structure
Rumble resembles a boutique fitness studio rather than a mainstream gym, requiring attendance during scheduled classes. Prices for drop-in classes range from $25 to $38, while monthly memberships vary between $179 and $299.
Living in central New Jersey, my local Rumble studio charges $189 for unlimited classes. This option is economic for me, as I attend five classes weekly, bringing the per-class cost down significantly. However, the upfront monthly fee can feel hefty without consistent attendance.
New members often receive a complimentary introductory class, or they can explore Rumble through ClassPass. Personally, I’ve found tremendous value in my membership; I’ve lost 75 pounds and genuinely enjoy the high-intensity workouts!
