Manchester, UK (August 22, 2025) – The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), recognized as The World’s Fastest Growing Combat Sports Promotion, is set to debut in Manchester on Saturday, September 27, at the newly opened AO Arena, with global broadcasting via DAZN.
Headlining at BKFC-81, Two-Time Super Middleweight Boxing World Champion James ‘Chunky’ DeGale will face off against Australian Boxing Champion Matt ‘The Jedi’ Floyd. In the co-main event, reality TV personalities turned fighters Aaron ‘The Joker’ Chalmers will take on Jack Fincham. Additionally, Jonny Graham will compete against Navid ‘Nav’ Mansouri for the BKFC UK Lightweight Title.

James DeGale, an Olympic Gold Medalist from 2008, boasts a professional record of 29-3-1 with 15 knockouts. He is making his bare-knuckle debut and is widely regarded as one of the most beloved athletes in the UK. Meanwhile, Matt Floyd, with a record of 15-2 with 10 knockouts, will also be making his bare-knuckle debut after a successful boxing career in Asia.
