NFL training camps have commenced, signaling that the fantasy football draft season is fast approaching. A team of analysts and editors from ESPN recently participated in a mock draft, which was a 10-team superflex league featuring half-PPR scoring.
As is customary in superflex leagues, quarterbacks were picked early, with five being selected in the first round. While Eric Karabell and Liz Loza opted for signal-callers in their initial two picks, Mike Clay took a different approach, choosing non-quarterbacks for his first six selections.
The drafting order for participants was as follows: Karabell, Loza, Matt Bowen, Joe Klingele, Daniel Dopp, Jim McCormick, Clay, Joe Kaiser, Keith Lipscomb, and Pierre Becquey.
