You’ve dedicated your time, resources, and emotions, and you deserve a team that competes for titles consistently. Regrettably, we have not delivered that in recent years, prompting us to thoroughly evaluate how we can improve.
Assessment and Changes Ahead
With the assistance of Sportsology Group, we’ve conducted a comprehensive evaluation of our football operations over the past two months. Recognizing that changes are necessary to realize our ambitions, we will implement significant adjustments. As announced, a new head coach and general manager will be appointed for 2026. However, this is just one aspect of a broader strategy as we enter a new chapter.
Leadership Search and New Roles
We are actively searching for candidates to fill the head coach and general manager positions, with the support of ZRG Partners and Sportsology Group. Additionally, we will recruit a new president of football from outside the organization. This individual will guide the team’s vision, and both the head coach and general manager will report directly to them. This new structure is designed to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making to achieve our objectives.
Succession Planning
As part of our succession planning, Greg Beadles has been promoted to president and CEO of the Atlanta Falcons, effective immediately, succeeding Rich McKay. Greg will manage all business activities and work closely with the new president of football to ensure the team’s operations are aligned with the goal of delivering a winning product on the field.

I am optimistic that our new leadership structure will guide us back to contention.
