Core Ventures Launches BTC-FI Accelerator Program
New York, NY, Aug. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Core Ventures, a venture fund focused on Bitcoin, has announced the initiation of a new accelerator program titled BTC-FI. This initiative aims to foster innovation at the convergence of Bitcoin and decentralized finance (DeFi).
This remote 14-week accelerator provides up to $100,000 in funding, hands-on mentorship, and access to a comprehensive industry network to assist founders from the outset.
Applications are currently open and will close at the end of August. Web3 developers innovating in BTC DeFi are strongly encouraged to apply.
Why This Accelerator and Why Now?
Core is an EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain specifically created to complement Bitcoin by functioning as a highly scalable smart contract platform.
