Despite these platforms enjoying popularity with users, the majority do not possess the required interactive gaming licenses from the PGCB. However, the PGCB lacks the legal power to take action against these casinos as it does with real-money online casinos and sports wagering operators, which has forced the board to rely on cease-and-desist letters.
