As noted by Gazzetta dello Sport, Vlahovic is considered surplus at Juventus, who are eager to offload him while securing Sancho, who is looking to exit United. With less than a year left on his contract, a trade for the Serbian striker could be a financially advantageous strategy for Amorim, who is in need of a new forward.
Manchester United has previously been criticized for spending large sums on players who failed to perform under pressure. However, Vlahovic’s mental resilience makes him a low-risk acquisition. When asked about pressure in 2022, he expressed his enjoyment of high expectations and the adrenaline that comes with them, emphasizing that he thrives in such situations.
