Chambers’ Background and Role
Chambers began working with Williams in 2016 at Virginia Tech, initially as a graphic designer before becoming the Director of Recruiting Operations. He most recently served as the Director of Creative at Texas A&M, where he supported Williams in promoting the team’s cultural philosophy both on and off the court. His responsibilities include designing educational content on team leadership and values, and ensuring facilities reflect the program’s ideals.

Ryan’s Experience and Responsibilities
Ryan joined Williams’ team at Virginia Tech as a graduate manager in 2018-19 before following him to Texas A&M. Over the past four seasons, he has been the Director of Scouting, managing video analysis and recruiting content. At Maryland, Ryan will be pivotal in coordinating offensive strategies and supporting special plays and late-game tactics.
