Apple Reveals Winners of the 2025 App Store Awards
CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA Apple has announced the recipients of the 2025 App Store Awards, celebrating 17 exceptional apps and games noted for their technical brilliance and cultural significance. This year’s winners have delivered extraordinary experiences that empower users, help realize their ideas, and offer immersive environments. The selected apps and games were chosen by App Store editors from a pool of 45 finalists based on their outstanding innovation, user experience, and design.

Notable among these is Tiimo, which combines a visual planner and smart AI to help users move from aspirations to actionable tasks. Detail offers AI-equipped video editing tools that simplify content creation for all users, while Essayist streamlines the formatting of academic papers on Mac using AI. Explore POV takes users on breathtaking journeys around the world via Apple Vision Pro, and Strava unites athletes on Apple Watch with dynamic design and live tracking. Lastly, HBO Max enhances accessibility with American Sign Language options and a broad entertainment selection.
Game Award Winners
In the gaming category, Pokémon TCG Pocket impresses with its stunning artwork and engaging battles, while the charming yet eerie DREDGE immerses players in a fishing-related mystery on iPad. Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition captivates gamers in its futuristic world, and WHAT THE CLASH? provides endless humor through unique competitions. On Apple Vision Pro, Porta Nubi enhances puzzles with immersive environments that draw players into the atmosphere.
