South by Southwest has revealed the winners of its Film & TV Festival Jury and Special Awards, celebrating the outstanding creativity and talent displayed by filmmakers and designers within the SXSW Film & TV program.
The Narrative Feature award went to Wishful Thinking, featuring Lewis Pullman and Maya Hawke, while Susan Kent won the Special Jury Award for her performance in The Snake.
Claudette Godfrey, VP of Film & TV, reflected, “This week reaffirmed our purpose. Although the world may seem heavy, our theaters became spaces of magic where audiences and filmmakers united. We are thrilled to honor this year’s jury and special award winners, who we are certain will continue to make a significant impact.”
All films presented at the 2026 Film & TV Festival are eligible for Audience Awards in specific categories, with voting concluding on March 18. Winners will be announced on sxsw.com later this week.
