They acknowledged my contribution on Jesse Watters’ show regarding the Clay swing video, but I wish they’d highlighted my tweet criticizing Clay.
Last night, my phone buzzed with messages in the group chat. Canoe Kirk was tuning into Watters when the segment aired. It’s intriguing how these moments unfold. I recall my first appearance on Clay & Buck — I’ve only been on twice — and I immediately received messages from people I hadn’t heard from since high school.
It’s always amusing when listeners hear a familiar voice from Brookville, Ohio after two decades.
Anyhow, skip ahead to see Clay’s explanation of that swing.

Will Rory’s wife have a word with him about Lowry interrupting this significant moment?
Will Rory’s wife, who nearly became his ex, ever forgive Shane for inserting himself into the video? I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s on her mind.

Correcting Pete in Arizona’s NCAA Tournament stats email
— Tom in Houston commented:
Thanks to Pete in Arizona for his list. It was entertaining and likely took substantial effort. However, I noticed a mistake that involves my favorite team, so I must point it out. Apologies to Pete—missing one detail still earns an A+!
Honda mower fans rally for my recent purchase
— John expressed confidence in my decision:
Thrilled for your neighbors and wife that you purchased a good lawnmower instead of mowing in spandex!
— Adam from Oak Creek, Wisconsin said:
Great choice for your mower! I just finished sharpening the blades and changing the oil last week to get ready for the season (despite snow forecasted for Milwaukee today).
That sums up this hectic Thursday morning as I follow the Masters app, watching the early groups navigate through the rounds. Remember to be productive today; don’t let the golf on screen distract you too much.
