Google has begun the rollout of Android 17 Beta 4 for Pixel devices, occurring three weeks after the previous update. This marks the “final scheduled beta release for this development cycle.”

New App Memory Management
With Android’s new app memory restrictions, limits will be set according to the total RAM of the device. This aims to foster a more reliable and predictable environment for applications and users, addressing notable memory leaks and preventing system instability, which can lead to UI glitches and increased battery consumption.
